Samsung – India With Galaxy Photography Contest
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before participating in the Samsung-India With Galaxy Photography Contest ("Contest") organized by Samsung India Electronics Private Limited ("Samsung", "We", "Us", "Our"). By submitting an entry through the official contest website ("Website"), You ("Participant") acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and represent that You satisfy all eligibility criteria mentioned below.
The Contest will commence on [Start Date] and will remain open until [End Date], or until such time as Samsung, at its sole discretion, decides to close or extend it ("Contest Period").
If You do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate.
The Contest shall be valid for all Samsung Galaxy smartphone users who have attained the age of 18 years or above, resident of India and participate in the Contest as per the terms hereof, except for residents of state of Tamil Nadu or having valid Proof of Address/Proof of Identity issued by state of Tamil Nadu or such other state(s) whereas Offer is prohibited by law).
Participants may enter the Contest by submitting original photographs shot on a Samsung Galaxy smartphone ("Content") under any of the following themes ("Themes"):
Participants must upload their photograph on the Website (indiawithgalaxy.com) and provide the required details in the submission form. Adding captions or descriptions is optional. Participants are also required to submit their entry on Instagram with the #WithGalaxy. They should also include “India #WithGalaxy” in their caption.
Each Participant may submit up to five (5) unique entries. Duplicate entries will be counted as one entry. Only one (1) entry per Participant may be selected as a winning entry.
Samsung will review entries based on creativity, composition, relevance to theme, and overall visual impact. Samsung reserves the right to introduce additional recognitions or categories at its discretion.
All entries to be submitted to www.indiawithgalaxy.com as well as Instagram with designated #tags and mentions: #withGalaxy, #GalaxyS25Ultra and @samsungIndia
Details of rewards, prizes, and recognition ("Rewards") will be announced on the Website and promotional materials.
Rewards may include, but are not limited to:
Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative unless expressly stated by Samsung. Samsung may withdraw or reassign Rewards if any submitted information is found to be false, misleading, or violating these Terms.
Winners will have to bear any and all applicable taxes including but not limited to GST or any other statutory tax or levy. The Winner is solely responsible for any other expense related to the acceptance of Prize and Samsung or its associate companies shall not in any manner be liable or responsible for the same.
All rewards listed below are subject to applicable taxes which shall be borne by Winner only. Samsung shall deduct the tax from the Prize amount as per applicable rate of tax.

Winners will be required to submit valid government id proof and PAN card copy to claim their prizes.
To participate, you must:
Be an Indian citizen aged 18 years or above;
Submit photographs shot exclusively on a Samsung Galaxy S Series smartphone;
Ensure all personal information provided is accurate and not misleading.
Entries submitted via social media, email, DM, or any medium other than the official Website will not be considered.
Proxy submissions on behalf of others (including family members) are not permitted.
By submitting your entry, You confirm that:
The photograph is Your original work, captured on a Samsung Galaxy S Series device.
The photograph is not AI-generated, excessively manipulated, or created using external digital imaging tools beyond standard editing.
You will provide the original file/raw file if requested for verification.
Your Content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
Samsung reserves the right to request and verify the consent status of any "subject" captured in the images submitted by participants. This requirement should also be explicitly communicated and agreed upon by participants before submitting their entries.
Mandatory checks at submission: Image must be captured using a Galaxy S Series device (validated via EXIF metadata).
Entry must be submitted within the contest window as mentioned below
Your Content does not contain:
Obscene, offensive, or defamatory elements
Violence or discriminatory content
Material that harms religious or cultural sentiments
Third-party intellectual property
Samsung reserves the right to edit, crop, or adjust submitted Content (without altering its creative essence) for display quality and formatting.
Samsung is not responsible if an entry fails to upload due to technical issues, internet problems, or incomplete information.
Entries will be reviewed by Samsung-appointed jury members ("Jury"), consisting of:
1 Samsung Ambassador
29 Jury Members, representing various regions of India
Additional panelists or experts may be added at Samsung's discretion.
The decision of Samsung and the Jury will be final and binding. Participation does not guarantee selection or Reward.
By participating, You grant Samsung and its partners a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable license to:

Display
Share
Publish
Distribute
Modify (for formatting only)
Feature Your Content
across all Samsung platforms, digital channels, marketing materials, third-party platforms, and campaigns related to the Contest or Samsung initiatives.
You acknowledge that Content published by Samsung may remain online indefinitely and that you will not be entitled to additional compensation for such usage.
Samsung may disqualify any Participant or entry if:
The submitted information is false or misleading;
The Content violates any law or third-party rights;
There is suspicion of plagiarism, infringement, or unethical behavior;
The Participant has been involved in any criminal activity;
The entry is found to be AI-generated or manipulated beyond allowed levels.
Any attempt to influence the Jury or Contest outcome will lead to immediate disqualification.
Samsung will not be liable for:
Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues
Corrupted or incomplete submissions
Loss, injury, or damages arising from participation
Inability to contact a selected Participant due to invalid contact details
Samsung is not obligated to notify Participants whose entries are not selected.
Samsung may collect personal data such as name, age, city, contact information, device details, etc., solely for administering the Contest. Data may be shared with third parties strictly for Contest execution or verification.
By participating, you consent to data collection and processing as described.
All information provided shall be subject to Samsung’s Privacy Policy, provided at https://www.samsung.com/in/info/privacy/
All license to use images, rights, title and interest including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights in the Images submitted and any/all registrations received shall vest solely and exclusively with Samsung at all times and Samsung shall be entitled to use the database of the entries received or any information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purpose without any further reference or payment or compensation to Participant. Participant shall be solely responsible for any consequences which may arise due to any kind of infringement of copyrights or any kind of intellectual property rights belonging to any other person/ entity etc. and also undertake to indemnify Samsung and its officers, directors, employees etc. on the happening of such an event (including without limitation cost of attorney, legal charges etc.) on full indemnity basis.
Participant shall comply with Applicable Laws as amended from time to time, rules or ordinances including but not limited to Archeological Survey of India regulations and procure necessary licenses from Copyright/Trademark holder and/or any other Intellectual Property Right for submission of images in this Contest.
Participant shall indemnify and hold Samsung, its directors, officers, representatives and employees harmless against any liability, penalty, cost or expense, whatsoever, suffered or incurred as a result of (i) breach of terms of these terms & conditions by Participant; or (ii) any claim on account of an alleged breach or breach of confidentiality obligations as a result of acts of omissions or commission of Participant or (iii) any claim for infringement or misappropriation of any third party’s Intellectual Property Rights; or (iv) non-compliance, acts, omissions, theft, misconduct, negligence, fraud or misrepresentation by Participant; or (v) any damages for bodily injury and death (including physical and mental injury, libel and slander) and damage to real property and tangible personal property caused by (or relating to liability of) Participant including claims pertaining to or arising out of death of or bodily injury to Participant or any other third party claim.
Notwithstanding anything contained to the contrary, Samsung shall not be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, special, consequential, direct or indirect damages, of any party whatsoever, arising out of this Contest.
Samsung reserves the right to:
Modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest;
Amend these Terms;
Change Rewards, timelines, or Jury composition;
Decline to answer queries related to internal selection processes.
All decisions by Samsung regarding the Contest are final.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
Contest will be concluded by midnight, 25-01-2026
Winners will be declared in Week 2 of February 2026
